They are sweetened with organic unrefined cane sugar and/or organic coconut sugar. We will continue to test out flavors but are offering 3 classic flavors.

• Wildcard: We will be experimenting and adding a specialty flavor here such as a Compost Cookies with allergy friendly pretzels, white & semi sweet chocolate and potato chips or London Fog Tea cookie made with earl grey tea and lemon lavender icing or who knows.

We wanted to make it easy for y’all to have a healthy treat every day without leaving the house. These Super Muffins have been flash frozen for your convenience. They will last up to a month in your freezer and reheat in only 15 seconds in the microwave - Breakfast can be easy and quick!

As always, our Super Muffins have zero added sugar and are made with whole fruits / vegetables.
